Rick is the leader of Hire Vision Enterprises, a recruiting and talent development consulting practice that works with
inspired business leaders to align their People, their Purpose and their Process. Rick has a passion for providing
practical solutions to organizations most difficult problems. He brings a results-oriented, bottom-line, innovative
approach that enables his clients to tap into the hidden potential that currently resides in their companies.
Rick works with leaders and their teams to recognize and breakthrough their existing paradigms in order to solve those
persistent problems that erode an organizations profitability and morale.
Rick has held positions of leadership in large and small organizations, having been a Regional Manager, Vice President
of Human Resources and a Director of Training and Management Development. He loves facilitating strategic planning,
management development and process improvement projects and especially excels at finding talent.
Rick graduated from UCLA with a BA in Psychology and earned a Master of Public Policy Analysis and Administration
from Loyola Marymount University. He is author of "Why Integrity Matters" and "The Serious Business Owners Guide
to Creating Loyal Customers for Life".
