How We Do It
In Five Easy Steps
1.) Create a job profile
Working with clients, we identify the characteristics
of a successful candidate and discover the
requirements of the job. We also review job
descriptions and other applicable materials so that we
can create:
A brief company description.
An attractive Job Advertisement.
A list of pre-interview screening questions.
2.) Source Candidates
We post positions to multiple job boards simultaneously (both paid
and free job boards). You choose where you want your ad to appear.
Hire Vision's Recruiter, searches our database of potential candidates and
conducts advanced internet research techniques to generate a list
of qualified passive candidates.
Each prospective candidate is encouraged to upload their resume and
cover letter directly into Hire Vision's Applicant Tracking System.
Hiring Managers are given full access to the Hire Vision Applicant
Tracking System and can track progress and review résumés at will.
Candidates are sorted and ranked.
Applicants that meet the minimumqualifications and appear suitable for
the position are asked to complete pre-interview screening questions
via an online survey.
3.) Telephone Screen the
Most Qualified Candidates
We than screen in the most qualified candidates
based on telephone interviews. We recommend a
short list of qualified candidates usually 3-5
applicants that meet your requirements.
Hire Vision's Recruiter confirms that the candidate
is interested in the position, is motivated to make a
job change and meets the requirements of the job.
4.) Schedule Interviews with Hiring
Managers
We then schedule candidates to meet with your company's
interviewers. Part of our collaborative process allows us to
communicate with the hiring team to efficiently schedule interviews
utilizing the Hire Vision Applicant Tracking System.
The hiring team will make notes of each candidate for a debrief after
the interviews.
The Hiring Manager decides which candidate deserves an offer of
employment.
5.) Make the job offer
We present the offer of employment to the
chosen candidate. We conduct background
checks and skills assessments as required.
We deliver a signed offer letter from the
candidate and the on-boarding process
begins.
